Colleen M. Terry joins the Firm as New York Counsel in the Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Department. Raised and Educated in Long Island, New York, Colleen specializes in the recovery of unpaid medical benefits and has been advocating for, and representing, members of the New York and New Jersey Medical Community in their quest for fair and just compensation for fifteen years. Throughout her career, Colleen has fought against the Insurance Companies in New York State Supreme and Civil Courts as well as Arbitration forums, successfully collecting millions of dollars in unpaid no-fault benefits for Medical Providers. Prior to joining Massood & McCluskey, Colleen was a senior associate in one of New York’s largest New York No-Fault recovery law firms, managing PIP cases in all five Burroughs and Long Island.

Colleen is a member of the Kings County Bar Association, Richmond County Bar Association, and Richmond County Women’s Bar association where she is co-chair of the Staten Island No- Fault Committee as an advocate of Medical Providers and Surgical Centers.
