Kimberly A. Kopp
Kimberly A. Kopp is an attorney in the firm’s Personal Injury Protection (PIP) department. Kimberly is an advocate for medical providers who seek the recovery of outstanding personal injury protection benefits, both in the Superior Court of New Jersey and in arbitration proceedings. Prior to joining Massood Law Group, Kimberly practiced both PIP and Workers’ Compensation, as a managing associate.
Prior to joining the healthcare practice, Kimberly specialized in labor law, representing both private and public sector unions in such legal matters as collective bargaining negotiation, as well as union member grievance and arbitration handling.
Kimberly began her career serving as the Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Thomas J. Zampino, J.S.C in Essex County Superior Court, Chancery Division – Family Part. Kimberly is certified in Mediation and Conciliation with the NJ Administrative Office of the Courts.

Kimberly is a Board member of the Bergen County Homeless Trust Fund Task Force, which advises the county regarding the creation and implementation of a homelessness prevention programs and ensures that monies from the Fund are appropriately allocated for target populations, along with the Housing Authority Continuum of Care Leadership Committee. Kimberly is also a volunteer at Spring House Halfway House for Women.
