Tara M. McCluskey
Tara M. McCluskey joins the firm as an attorney in the firm’s Personal Injury Protection (“PIP”) department. Tara earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law, where she participated in the law school’s Urban Legal Clinic, advocating on behalf of special needs’ students from indigent families, and is admitted to the practice of law in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey. After law school, Tara clerked for the Honorable Edward V. Gannon, J.S.C., in the Passaic County Criminal Division.
Since graduating, Tara has focused her career on representing medical providers in all areas of revenue recovery, including in the Maximus, Forthright, Worker’s Compensation, Superior Court and Appellate Court forums. At her prior firm, Tara was responsible for developing and launching a highly successful worker’s compensation department which recovered over $12,000,000.00 for medical provider clients.
In addition to medical revenue recovery, Tara represented medical provider clients in SIU investigations, contract review, practice formation, and was responsible for rendering compliance related opinions. Tara also has significant experience representing small and midsized businesses, including medical practices, from inception to dissolution. Tara resides in Ridgewood, New Jersey with her husband and three children.
